Shrimp cabbage rolls

Directions

add Napa cabbage leaves to a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 min or until tender (not too long of else the leaves will fall apart)

In a bowl combine 1/2lb of shrimp and finely chopped vegetables of choice, 1 tbsp sesame oil and soy sauce

Roll the mixture into the cabbage leaves

Pan fry on medium heat until shrimp is fully cooked

Optional: pour sauce of choice over cabbage rolls (I personally love yuzu ponzu!)
