Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup sun dried tomato strips, cut into thin strips

1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp italian seasoning

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Homemade Alfredo Sauce

1 stick butter

2 c parmesam cheese, grated

1 cup heavy cream

Directions

Cook breasts in fry pan with butter. Cook each side 3-5 minutes, til borwned. Put in crock pot.

Mix alfredo sauce, cheese and italian dressing.

Cook low 4 hours or until chicken not pink in middle.

Stir in fresh spinach and cook 5 minutes more.

Serve with pasta.
