1/4 White Onion (Diced)
3 Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
3 Serrano Peppers (Diced)
2 Garlic Cloves (Sliced)
1/2 handful of Cilantro (Chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Begin to heat a pan with some oil.
Add the onions and peppers to the oil before it begins to sizzle.
Once the onion is cooked, add the garlic and cook until aromatic.
As soon as the garlic becomes aromatic, add the tomatoes and simmer.
Smash with a potato masher until desired texture.
Add cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
