1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
I cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Cake:
3/4 cups oil
3 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple with juices
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 / 2 tsp. salt
3 /4 cups buttermilk
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl
Bake in 9x13 pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
