Ingredients

Here’s how 👩🍳

3 tbsp coconut sugar

3 tbsp gluten free flour

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 cup oat milk

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Optional: 2 tbsp chocolate chips (I used @foodthoughtsuk)

Directions

mix together the coconut sugar, flour and cacao, then stir in the almond milk and coconut oil.

fold in the chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute (or 90 seconds if you want a less gooey brownie. Leave to stand for a minute then enjoy!
