Ingredients

RECIPE

1 box InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken

1⁄2 cup water

1⁄2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup shelled walnuts

1⁄2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets

1⁄4 cup Kewpie mayo

Sliced green onions for garnish

Directions

Add the water and granulated sugar to a pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Mix in the walnuts and cook for 2 minutes. Strain the walnuts from the glaze and spread them out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the toasted white sesame seeds on top and allow the candied walnuts to cool. Cook InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken according to the package directions, reserving the honey sauce for later. While the chicken is cooking, cook the broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes then drain and set aside. Make honey-mayo sauce by combining the Kewpie mayo and 2 tbsp of InnovAsian honey sauce in a bowl and stirring until combined. Once the chicken has finished cooking, transfer it to a large bowl and toss it together with the honey-mayo sauce until every piece is well coated. To serve, spread the broccoli florets onto the serving plate. Add the honey chicken on top. Top with the candied walnuts and green onions. Enjoy!
