Slow Cooked Beef & Creamy Mash

Beef brisket
1 onion
250ml beef stock
Salt & pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp gravy granules (Bisto!!)
A dash of port
5 potatoes
50ml cream
1 tbsp butter
Directions
add your onion, beef and seasoning to the slow cooker - cover in the stock
leave on high for 7 hours (or less if your slow cooker is better than mine 🤣)
take the beef out and shred
meanwhile add your gravy granules to the stock in the slow cooker. Stir until it’s to the thickness you desire - adding more granules if you like it thicker.
add the beef back in, stir & plate on top of creamy mash
