Gyeranjjim - Steamed Korean Eggs

Ingredients (per pot):
5 eggs
1 green onion
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 tsp salt
Directions
1.) In a Korean stone pot or a thick small pot, crack and whisk together your eggs
2.) Dice your green onions and add it in
3.) Add in your chicken bone broth
4.) Add your salt and feel free to add more once cooked to your taste
5.) Mix well and cover with a lid to let it steam
6.) Cook over Medium heat and one you start to see steam escape the lid, you know it’s ready
7.) Optional: serve with rice and kimchi and enjoy!
Korean Steamed Egg is such a classic recipe that I always like to get whenever I eat at any Korean restaurant because of how fluffy and comforting it is. But I find myself not having to eat it out as often because this recipe is just so good and way higher in protein to help me hit my daily protein goal!
