300g sliced mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, crushed
600ml thickened cream
1 T gravy powder
½ t vegeta
Combine cream, gravy powder and vegeta in a jug.
Cook onion in a little bit of oil in a large frypan until softened.
Add garlic and cook for a min.
Add sliced mushrooms and put lid on.
Cook until collapsed.
Pour in the cream mix.
Stir until it thickens slightly.
Can use it as a sauce for steak or add in some cooked grilled chicken and then serve.
