Ingredients

2 × 14.5 oz cans Chicken Broth

6 boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut in 1" pieces

1 15-oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 c Salsa

1 c frozen corn

1/2 c instant rice

1/3 c shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine chicken, beans, salsa, and corn.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5-10 min or til chicken is no longer pink.

Stir in rice.

Cover, remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 min.

Top each serving with cheese.
