Beef Fry

Diced beef - 1 kg
Onions - 5 nos
Ginger minced - 1 inch
Garlic minced - 15 pods
Green chillies - 10 nos
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cloves - 6 nos
Star anise - 2
Saunf/fennel - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander pwd - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli pwd - 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwd - 1.5 tsp
Coconut oil
Coconut slices
Directions
Pressure cook diced beef with coriander pwd, red chilli owe, turmeric pwd, garam masala and salt
In a kadai, heat coconut oil and add curry leaves
Add sliced onions and sauté till brown, about 8-10mins
Add cooked beef with water and sauté till it’s well roasted
Dry fry coconut slices with very little oil and add to beef
Dry roast and powder cinnamon, cloves, star anise, saunf and coriander pwd and powder them
Add the powder to beef and roast well
