Phyllo Meatball Cups

15 frozen precooked meatballs
1/3 cup enchilada sauca
1 (15 oz) package frozen phyllo cups
½ cup grated pepper jack cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F. Air fry the meatballs for 9 to 12 minutes or until almost cooked, shaking the basket once during cooking time. Remove
2. Put the enchilada sauce in a medium bowl. Add meatballs and stir to coat.
3. Using tongs, put the coated meatballs into the phyllo cups. Top each with the pepper jack and Parmesan cheese.
4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 4 to 8 minutes or until the meatballs are 160 degrees F, the phyllo cups are crisp and the cheese is melted.
