Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Fried Chicken




total time


3 chicken breasts

1 cup mozzarella

1 cup cheddar

1 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup crispy bacon

1/2 cup jalapenos, diced

black pepper

2 cups buttermilk

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp cayenne

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp black pepper salt and pepper, to taste


  1. mix 1 cup cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup crispy bacon, 1/2 cup diced jalapeños and black pepper.

  2. mix well and create a log and put in saran wrap.

  3. Smash chicken breasts, so they are evenly the same thickness.

  4. Salt and pepper both sides.

  5. Take the cream cheese log out of the refrigerator and cut into three even pieces. Roll the log up in the chicken breast and secure with a toothpick.

  6. Pour buttermilk into a bowl

  7. Put flour, paprika, cayenne,garlic powder, Salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well.

  8. Dip the chicken into the buttermilk and cover well. Then dip the chicken into the flower mixture.

  9. Fry all three pieces of chicken on all four sides until crispy and golden brown.

  10. Please the fried chicken onto a cookie sheet with a wire rack inside.

  11. Remove the toothpicks

  12. Bake in the oven at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
