Cheesy Garlic Chicken Rolls

1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese (335g)
5 Tbsps Light Mayo (75g)
4 Tbsps Lemon Juice (60g)
2 Tbsps Minced Garlic (20g)
2 ½ Tbsps Garlic Salt (37g)
2 ½ Tbsps Onion Powder (20g)
2 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (15g)
1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g)
Fresh Parsley (20g)
2 Cups Fat Free Mozzarella (225g)
10 Low Calorie Tortillas (10-inch Carb Counter)
Additional Notes:
To reheat the rolls from frozen, follow these steps. Wrap in a wet paper towel, microwave for around 3-4 minutes, and if you like it crispy, toast it on a pan for a few minutes on each side.
Directions
Combine Cottage Cheese, Light Mayo, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Garlic Salt, and Onion Powder. Let sit while you .make the chicken.
Combine chicken, mozzarella, the sauce, and some fresh parsley together in a bowl. Wrap in a tortilla.
Spray with local cooking spray, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
