BUDGET Instant Ramen Noodle Fried Rice
1 x 71g cup instant ramen noodles
3 T oil
1 large egg beaten
1 cup cooked rice
Transfer contents of instant noodle cup (noodles plus all seasonings and mix-ins) to a zip lock bag.
Crush into roughly rice sized pieces.
Return to cup.
Add just enough boiling water to wet contents of cup but no more than than.
Cover and let stand.
In large frypan, heat oil over high heat.
Add egg and cook stirring until scrambled.
Add rice and stir constantly breaking up any lumps until heated through.
Add soaked noodles along with any liquid and toss constantly until any excess moisture has evaporated.
Fry a few mins until rice and noodles are lightly golden.
Transfer to a bowl or pack tightly into a cup and invert mould.
