Brown Pork, add other ingredients.
Use egg roll skins and quarter. Add crushed red pepper to mixture for extra spice. Brush the won-ton skins with egg. Pile a small amount of the mixture in center of skin, wet the four corners, fold toward the center and pinch. Fry the won-tons in peanut oil at 375 degrees. Freeze to store.
