Ground Beef

Garlic

Onions

Green Beans

1 can Coconut Milk

1 can Water Chestnuts

1 can Quail Eggs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Directions

  1. On low heat, add chopped onions and garlic, mix until a little golden brown.

  2. Add ground beef, and spices (salt, black pepper, garlic power). Mix well until meat is darkened.

  3. Add tomatoes and green beans (you can add chopped eggplant too, if you want. It tastes good for me) and let that sit for 5 mins or until green beans are cooked.

  4. Add coconut milk, water chestnuts, and quail eggs. Mix well.

  5. Depending on your taste, add more spices to add more flavor because coconut milk is very strong. Mix for 3-5 mins, and turn off stove to rest.
