Ive been getting a lot of requests for this chicken so I decided to just repost it. If you’ve already seen it just let it be a reminder to make it this week 😂 I know i will!!!!
THE SECRET SAUCE
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
White Vinegar (2 tbsp)
Water (10 oz)
Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
Dijon mustard (2 tbsp)
Black Pepper (1 tsp)
Chicken Bouillon (1 tsp)
I normally season my chicken with adobo, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. I will thinly slice a whole onion and put half in the bottom and the other half on top of the chicken. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for at least 15 minutes, pour the sauce over the chicken, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees internally.
