4 Ingredient Balloon Bread

For 4 pieces:
190g of all-purpose flour
150g of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
4g of salt
Directions
Mix Greek yogurt, flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
Knead well until you get a smooth dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, form balls, and roll them out with a rolling pin, not too thin.
Cover the obtained discs with a cloth and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and put one disc at a time when it’s hot.
When it starts to form bubbles on the surface, flip the bread, then flip it often for a few minutes.
The bread will puff up like a balloon!
You can cut one end and fill it with the ingredients you like the most!
