Chicken, Halloumi & Chorizo Pasta

350g pasta (penne or fusilli)
300g chicken breast, diced
150g chorizo, sliced
200g halloumi, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
200ml double cream
100ml chicken stock
1 tsp smoked paprika
40g parmesan, grated
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Fry chorizo in olive oil until crispy, set aside half.
Add chicken, halloumi, garlic, and paprika, cooking until golden.
Stir in cream, stock, salt, and pepper, then simmer slightly.
Mix pasta with sauce, parmesan, and top with reserved chorizo before serving.
