Cranberry Shortbread Drops

Ingredients

**CREAM**

2 sticks butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg yolk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

**ADD**

240 grames all-purpose flour ( 2 cups )

**STIR IN**

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

PREHEAT: (Convection ) to 400 degrees F. And bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom.

Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, and salt.

2. Add flour; mix well.

3.Stir in dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and walnuts.

4. Drop by small ( scoop ) teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
