½ TSP SALT
12 OZ PKG MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
¾ CUP PEANUT BUTTER
½ CUP BUTTER
2/3 CUP CANNED EVAPORATED MILK
10 OZ PKG CHERRY CHIPS
1 JAR CRUSHED PEANUTS
Directions
1. IN LARGE SAUCEPAN COMBINE MARSHMALLOWS, SUGAR, BUTTER, EVAPORATED MILK, AND SALT OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING FREQUENTLY UNTIL SMOOTH.
2. BOIL 5 MINUTES, CONTINUALLY STIRRING.
3. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD CHERRY CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL MELTED.
4. POUR ONTO BUTTERED COOKIE SHEET AND CHILL UNTIL FIRM.
5. ONCE FIRM, COMBINE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PEANUT BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN, COOK ON LOW HEAT STIRRING UNTIL SMOOTH. MIX IN PEANUTS.
6. POUR OVER TOP OF HARDENED CHERRY LAYER, RETURN TO FRIDGE AND CHILL UNITL FIRM.
