Ingredients:
4 garlic clove
1/2 onion
Unsalted butter
1 cup white rice
Ketchup
Salt
Black pepper
3 egg
1 tbs milk
Demi-glacé ingredients:
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs milk
2 tbs oyster sauce
3 tbs ketchup
5 tbs red wine
Directions
Chop the garlic and onion.
Sauté them in butter until fragrant.
Add the rice, a splash of ketchup, salt, and pepper; stir-fry well.
Simmer the demi-glacé sauce until slightly thickened.
Whisk the eggs with a little milk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and add butter or oil.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 10–15 seconds, until the bottom sets while the top remains slightly runny.
Use two chopsticks to gently twist the eggs into the signature tornado shape.
Turn off the heat while the egg is still soft and moist.
Carefully slide the omelette onto the prepared rice and serve.
