Directions
dice the onion, carrot, and celery 1/4 incc
slice the sausage
Add uncooked rice to pot
Add the prepped ingredients
Add a cube of Japanese curry
fill with water & apple juice
mix
Add butter on top
bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer until rice is cooked
In the mean time poach a soft boiled egg for each serving
Once rice is done turn off heat and add cheese to the pot. Steam until cheese melted.
Add parsley and plate
add soft boiled egg to each serving
