1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (175°C).
Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder (if using), and Parmesan cheese. Stir well until combined. Set aside.
Prepare the rolls: Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer..
Assemble the sliders:
Spread a thin layer of pesto over the bottom layer of rolls.
Add your cured meats, sun-dried tomatoes, burrata, grated parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle of hot honey and tomato pesto to top rolls.
Cover with the top half of the rolls.
Brush with garlic butter: Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of the rolls, making sure to cover every inch.
Bake the sliders: Place the sliders in the preheated oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown on top.
