Thai Drunken Noodles

200g dried rice noodles
Stir fry:
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic
1 red chilli
1/2 brown onion
500g chicken thigh
Spring onion
1 cup Thai basil leaves
Sauce:
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
Directions
Prepare noodles per packet instructions.
Mix sauce in a small bowl.
Heat oil in wok over high height.
Add garlic and chilli, cook for 10 seconds.
Add onion, cook 1 minute.
Add chicken and fish sauce and fry until cooked.
Add spring onion, noodles and sauce. Cook for 1 minute until sauce coats noodles.
Remove from heat and serve. #noodles #quickrecipes
