Jack Allen's Pimento Cheese

– ½ pound cream cheese, softened
– ½ pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
– ½ pound cheddar cheese, grated
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup red bell pepper, roasted and chopped
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
– ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a mixer, and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Serve with Navajo Bread, chips, on sandwich bread, or however you want.
