1/2 canner purée
4 onions in bag
1/2 red pepper
Two cloves garlic
Two stick cinnamon
2 teaspoons mustard seed
3 teaspoons celery seed
2 teaspoon whole allspice
1 tablespoon pickling spice
Few cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
Paprika
Directions
Add the spices to the spice bag. Bring the purée, peppers and onions and spices to a simmer.
After simmer and the sugar, vinegar, and paprika. Continue simmering for one hour, then bottle.
