Classic Vanilla Buttercream Frosting Recipe

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
3 heaping cups confectioner’s sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 pinches kosher salt
2-3 tablespoons milk
Directions
Dump all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed with hand mixer. Once all mixed together, beat on high until fluffy, about 1 minute.
Add milk until the frosting has reached the preferred consistency. For a firmer frosting, add more confectioner's sugar, a 1/4 cup at a time. For a softer frosting, add more milk a tablespoon at a time.
