Almond Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients

3/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)

1/3 cup sesame seeds

Honey or maple syrup to taste

1/4 tsp salt

A dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

1. combine all ingredients except for the coconut in a food processor and pulse until well blended and chunky. Alternatively, use a traditional or immersion blender.

2. spoon out tablespoon sized amounts of the batter and roll into balls in your hands and roll in the shredded coconut on a plate.

3. spread balls on a parchment or wax paper. covered cookie sheet or plate. refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.

4. store in a container in the fridge or freezer. they will last 7 to 10 days in the fridge.
