Million Dollar Spaghetti

1 pound extra lean ground beef
24 ounce jar pasta sauce
16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
15 ounces protein spaghetti
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Four garlic cloves
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the hamburger and drain. At the jar of spaghetti sauce and all the seasonings mixing well.
Blend the cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, and a sprinkle of salt together.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Place in a 9 x 13 pan and add the cottage cheese blend to the spaghetti mixing well.
Pour the meat and sausage mixture over top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
