Ingredients

12 oz pasta shells

1 lb steak bites (sirloin or ribeye)

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of half a lemon

Directions

Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add oregano, basil, and crumbled feta cheese. Stir until feta melts into the sauce, creating a creamy, tangy texture.

Add lemon juice and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Toss cooked pasta shells and steak bites into the sauce, coating evenly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
