3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick-cooking oats (uncooked)
1 oz french onion soup mix
1 lb ground beef
1 oz brown gravy packet (prepared)
Directions
Lightly grease your 4-quart slow cooker.
Place your milk, egg and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk until completely blended.
Add your quick-cooking oats, onion soup mix and ground beef to the egg mixture.
Mix all of these ingredients together until well blended.
Place in slow cooker and form into a loaf.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Make sure the internal temperature is at least 160 degrees before serving with prepared gravy.
