Venison Gyoza

Ingredients

8 oz ground venison

1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage

1 green onion, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

20 gyoza wrappers

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup water

Directions

In a bowl, mix the ground venison, cabbage, green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper.

Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden, about 2-3 minutes.

Add water to the skillet and cover. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the filling is cooked through.

Serve with soy-based dipping sauce.
