Tiramisu Baked Oats

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 1/2c oats

1tsp baking powder

1-2 scoops level 1 protein

1/4c maple syrup

1-2oz espresso

1c almond milk (any milk works)

1tsp vanilla

2tsp apple cider vinegar - you don’t taste this at all. It makes the oats fluffy and cake-like instead of dense/gummy!

Chocolate chips (optional)

For the topping:

Vanilla Greek yogurt (high protein low sugar)

1oz espresso

To sprinkle:

cacao, cinnamon & sugar

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350F

2.Mash bananas and add oats, baking powder, protein, maple syrup, espresso and almond milk

3.Mix and fold in chocolate chips

4.Bake for 15mins or until cooked through (I like mine a little mushy) and let cool

5.Mix Greek yogurt + espresso and put over baked oats

6.Sprinkle with cocoa & cinnamon sugar

cover and store in fridge. If you prefer to have them warm then leave the topping on the side and reheat and add the toppings when ready to eat!
