Ingredients

1 cup apricot preserves

1 cup Catalina dressing

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

12 chicken thighs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir apricot preserves, dressing, and soup mix together in a medium bowl until combined.

Place chicken thighs in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 50 to 60 minutes.

Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing! ***Just made this for a 5th time & was asked for the recipe by my own momma. TIP: Bake at 350 for 1 Hr, flip the chicken over, baste with juices & pop back in the oven for another 15-20 mins to get a caramalized effect. And definitely use Catalina over French/Italian, trust me***
