Orange Blossoms (Aunt Adell)

Glaze/Soak:
3 oranges
1½ box 10X sugar
3 lemons
Cakes:
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
½ cup Crisco oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Glaze/Soak:
Grate lemons and oranges. Add juice and peel to powdered sugar.

Cakes:
Use miniature muffin pans, greased and floured.
Fill each with about a teaspoon of batter.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

Dip cupcakes as they come out of the oven and place on waxed paper. Turn cup cakes over as they begin to harden. It takes about a day for them to dry.
