Vegetarian Green Beans

1 quart vegetable broth
5 c. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t. smoked paprika
2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1 T. apple cider vinegar
Directions
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
Taste the broth and add additional salt and pepper if any extra is needed.
Serve the beans and the broth together.
