Ingredients

Basic Mayo              *variation for basil aioli: stir in ½ cup fresh basil, rolled and cut

4 eggs into thin strips

2 tsp. dry mustard

1½ tsp. salt

4 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 cups rice bran oil

2 cups extra virgin olive oil

1. Process eggs in food processor for 1 minute with salt and dry mustard.

2. Add lemon juice, continue processing for 10 seconds.

3. Add oil mixture in slow stream.
