Ingredients

3/4 lb boneless roast

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tin beef broth

1/4 c tomato sauce

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp ground pepper

3 celery stalks cut into 1" pieces

4 medium carrots in 1" pieces

Directions

In dutch oven, brown beef. Remove beef, stir in sauce and spices.

Return beef to pot add vegetables.

Simmer about 2 1/2 hours.

When done, remove beef & veg, thicken gravy.
