Sticky Crispy Tofu Bites

Protein: ~38 g per serving

Crispy outside, sticky glaze, full flavor.

Golden tofu bites coated in a sweet-salty sauce — simple, satisfying, and packed with protein.

Ingredients (1 serving)

For the tofu

250 g firm tofu, pressed and cubed

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp neutral oil

Salt & black pepper

For the sticky glaze

1½ tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp rice vinegar

½ tsp chili flakes

1 tsp grated ginger

1 garlic clove, minced

60 ml water

Optional

Sesame seeds

Spring onion

Directions

Toss tofu with cornstarch, salt & pepper until evenly coated

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu 6–8 min until golden and crispy on all sides

Whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, chili, ginger, garlic and water

Pour glaze into the pan and simmer 2–3 min until thick and sticky

Toss tofu until fully coated and glossy

Let glaze reduce slightly for a sticky finish

Top with sesame seeds and spring onion
