Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 Rotisserie Chicken

Buffalo sauce (dealer’s choice)

2-3 cups of plain Greek yogurt

Half a red onion

3-4 green onions

Salt and pepper for taste

Directions

Shred rotisserie chicken into whatever size you prefer and add to a bowl

Finely dice half a red onion and add to bowl

Thinly cut green onion and add to bowl

Add one cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl and stir to combine all items

Add 1/2-1 cup of buffalo sauce and combine in bowl!

From here I add Greek yogurt and buffalo chicken to my desired creamy and buffalo preference! I would add one cup at a time until you get it where you want it!

**eat with crackers, on sandwiches or with celery!

Notes

You can also add celery into the mix!
