DATE GRANOLA BARS
one bag pitted dates (about 12-15 dates)
1 1/3 cup GF rolled oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup choc chips (add more/less what you like!)
Directions
add 1 tsp water at a time if too dry once blended
ALSO a couple scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder for extra protein!
If you have a food processor, blend ingredients there. If not, use your blender! Spread ingredients on parchment paper (in my case foil) and shape into large rectangle. Cut your bars then refrigerate for 30 mins before storing in containers. Then store in fridge for up to a week 🫶🏼
