Healthy Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients

1 cup flax seeds

1 cup hot water

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried herbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes until thickened.

Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet & bake for 40-50 minutes until crisp.

Cool, break apart, and store in an airtight container.
