Ingredients

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Optional:

2-3 tbsp sweetener

How to make them:

Directions

Blend your cottage cheese and peanut butter. Roll into 5-8 balls.

Let freeze for an hour and then coat in melted chocolate.

Let chill until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!

Pro tips: You can use peanut butter powder to bring the protein up and the calories way down!
