General Tso's Crispy Chicken

1 lb(450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs , cut into 1-inch pieces (or breasts)
1 tablespoon peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
1 egg , beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
Sauce or ready made general tso sauce
1/3 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (or soy sauce)
1/4 cup sugar - do NOT skip
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Stir fry
3 tablespoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
7 to 8 dried red chili
2 teaspoons minced ginger
4 cloves garlic , minced
Garnish is sesame seeds and green onions - optional
Directions
In a bowl mixture sauce ingredients and sat aside.
Minced, garlic and ginger, if using fresh .
Cut chicken thighs into pieces.
Season your chicken with oil, egg, salt, and cornstarch.
In a pan, add oil and cook your chicken 6 to 8 minutes until nice and crispy and brown and set aside paper towel.
Any large skillet or walk add a bit of oil then add in dry red chilies, ginger garlic cook for 20 seconds and then add in your sauce. Cook and thicken until it is glossy less than one minute.
When sauces is getting thick , add in your chicken and gently coat and mix well.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and green onions, serving immediately over white rice.
