1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp cornstarch
Cooking oil (for frying)
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp rice vinegar or fresh lemon juice (for tang)
Chopped parsley (optional)
