Crab
1 1/2 cups of crab bake soup
4 tbsp of flour
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup of Parmesan
Splash of heavy cream
Directions
Start with snow crab or king crab put it in a baking tray with chicken stock I prefer the organic bouillon paste add your aromatics like garlic powder garlic and herbs cover with aluminum foil bake the crab in the liquid for 10 to 15 minutes as it's already precooked save the liquid that's for your pasta sauce boil your pasta save a little bit of the pasta water that is also to thicken your pasta sauce melt butter in a pan with some herbs if you like and garlic powder add your crab bake soup and if you want you can cook the crab peel shells in your sauce to make it taste more like crab add a tablespoon of cream and salt to taste. Then add pasta and crabs, I also like to add a little bit of lemon juice and lemon zest as well as parmesan cheese at the end.
Bake cover in oven at 375
Sauté garlic in butter, add flour, mix, slowly add crab bake soup. Let simmer, add heavy cream and lemon. Add Parmesan cheese. Stir in crab, and ravioli.
