Ingredients
Cup Measurement: 200 ml
500 g flour (4 full cups)
100 ml warm milk (1/2 cup)
200 ml warm water (1 cup)
75 ml oil (1/2 cup)
1 egg white (for the yolk)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 g dry yeast (1 packet)
Preparation
Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the yeast and sugar to the well. Then add the water and milk. Let the yeast activate for 5 minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and form a soft dough. (Each flour's texture is different; it may require a little more flour, but it will generally be a soft dough.) Cover the dough and let it rise. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, cover them, and let them rest for 5 minutes. Then shape them as shown in the video. After the dough is done, send it to the oven at 30 degrees Celsius to let it rise. At the end of the rise, brush it with egg yolk (add 1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk). I added sliced almonds on top. If not, that's fine. Bake it in a 180-degree fan oven until it's soft. After the lemonade has cooled, you can sift powdered sugar on top.
