1 lb hamburger meat
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 ½ tsp salt

1 can (1 lb) tomatoes, broken up
2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste

2 c ricotta cheese or dry cottage cheese, finely mashed
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Directions
Prepare conventionally according to directions 12 lasagna noodles
Mix together in casserole, cover and cook 4 minutes
a. 1 lb hamburger meat
b. 1 clove garlic, minced
c. 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
d. 1 tbsp basil
e. 1 tbsp oregano
f. 1 ½ tsp salt
3. Stir in, cover and cook 4 minutes
a. 1 can (1 lb) tomatoes, broken up
b. 2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
4. In separate bowl, combine
a. 2 c ricotta cheese or dry cottage cheese, finely mashed
b. 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
c. 2 eggs, beaten
d. 1 tsp salt
e. ½ tsp pepper
5. In utility dish, pour half cup of meat mixture. Cover with a layer of four noodles. Spread ½ of cheese mixture over noodles. Sprinkle on ½ of 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated.
6. Repeat process using half of meat sauce and noodles, and remaining cheese. Top with noodles and meat sauce.
7. Heat uncovered until hot, about 10 minutes
8. Let stand loosely covered with waxed paper for 10 minutes
